About The Position

Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join their Engineering Rotational Program (ERP), a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical ERP Engineer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies. The Engineering Rotational Program (ERP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders. You will be given technical leadership development opportunities and skills training, rotational work assignments, team interface and interaction, and exposure to Senior and Executive Management. Engineers complete rotational assignments within a variety of focused areas in their engineering discipline over a two-year period. This opportunity is created to provide challenging and enriching work assignments, an opportunity to gain familiarity with Mercury Systems practices across the organization, and a chance to explore individual interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained between May 2025 and May 2026
  • A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
  • Prior Co-Op or internship experience
  • Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance (only granted to U.S. citizens)
