About The Position

Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join their Engineering Rotational Program (ERP), a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical ERP Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems' most advanced technologies. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained between May 2025 and May 2026
• A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
• Prior Co-Op or internship experience
• Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance (Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens)
