•$45,000 - $60,000•Remote

About The Position

The role involves evaluating how frontier AI models handle realistic professional work using files and scenarios assembled by the worker. Tasks may be compact or may involve larger scenarios built over several days. The objective is to create work that a competent professional would complete correctly but that a frontier AI model currently gets wrong, then assess the model’s work and explain errors clearly. The posting describes clinical examples and requires clinical expertise, including an active or recent clinical license. It also calls for hands-on practitioner experience, strong written communication, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn unfamiliar work from written instructions. General familiarity with AI and large language model tools and baseline technology skills are expected. This is a fully remote independent contractor position, with flexible scheduling and a minimum availability of 10 hours per week; no weekly maximum is stated, and full-time hours are available. Work is paid via PayPal. Access to Claude and ChatGPT is provided through the project. The posting states that no benefits are offered. It also describes the position as permanent and based out of Washington, D.C.
