About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead its Electrical program. As part of the campus management team, the supervisor helps advance the institution’s mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment. The role oversees faculty and program operations, supports student satisfaction and retention, and manages instructional materials and equipment.
Requirements
- Electrical experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of teaching experience.
- One or more years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty.
- Develop opportunities for staff professional and personal growth.
- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
- Provide excellent student service to support student satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the program.
