About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead its Electrical and Electronics program at the new Rowlett campus. As a member of the campus management team, the supervisor will help advance the institution’s mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment. The role oversees faculty and program operations, supports student satisfaction and retention, and maintains program resources.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of teaching experience.
- One or more years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote Lincoln Tech’s mission and core values.
- Maximize available resources to deliver quality results and uphold standards of excellence.
- Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
- Recruit, identify, orient, and train faculty.
- Support faculty professional and personal development.
- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
- Deliver excellent student service to support satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain inventory of program equipment, books, supplies, training aids, and course materials.
