About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead its new HVAC program at its new campus in Rowlett. As part of the campus management team, the supervisor helps advance the mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment. The role oversees faculty and program resources while supporting student satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of teaching experience preferred.
- One or more years of management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promote Lincoln Tech's mission and core values.
- Maximize available resources to deliver quality results and uphold standards of excellence.
- Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
- Recruit, identify, orient, and train faculty.
- Support faculty professional and personal development.
- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
- Deliver excellent student service to support satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain inventory of program equipment, books, supplies, training aids, and course materials.
