About The Position
Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead its Welding program at its new campus in Rowlett. As part of the campus management team, the supervisor will help advance the institution’s mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment. The role involves supervising and developing faculty, overseeing teaching and work processes, supporting student satisfaction and retention, and maintaining program resources.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of teaching experience.
- 1+ year(s) of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote Lincoln Tech's mission and core values.
- Maximize available resources to deliver quality results and uphold standards of excellence.
- Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
- Recruit, identify, orient, and train faculty.
- Support faculty professional and personal development.
- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
- Deliver excellent student service to support satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain inventory of program equipment, books, supplies, training aids, and course materials.
