About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking an Education Supervisor to lead its new HVAC program at its new Rowlett campus. The role is part of the campus management team and supports the company's mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment. The supervisor oversees faculty and program operations, supports student satisfaction and retention, and ensures the program has the equipment and materials needed to deliver quality instruction.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of teaching experience, preferred.
• One or more years of management experience, preferred.

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
• Recruit, identify, orient, and train faculty.
• Support faculty professional and personal development.
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
• Deliver excellent student service to support satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain inventory of program equipment, books, supplies, training aids, and course materials.
