About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level Electrical Assembler to join our panel shop team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical aptitude who is comfortable using basic tools and working from drawings. This is a great opportunity to grow within a manufacturing environment and gain experience in electrical assembly.

Requirements

• Basic experience with hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and follow basic drawings or layouts
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or panel shop environment
• Exposure to electrical components or assemblies

Responsibilities

• Drill and cut holes in electrical enclosures based on layout drawings
• Use hand tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other shop equipment
• Assist with panel preparation and basic assembly tasks
• Perform light mechanical work and hand machining as needed
• Follow instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
