About The Position

Apache Workforce is actively hiring Electrical Assemblers for multiple client partners within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. These roles support electrical assembly, wiring, and component installation in production environments. Depending on assignment and skill level, Electrical Assemblers may perform tasks ranging from basic assembly and sub-assembly, wiring preparation, routing, and material handling using hand tools and basic power tools, to more complex wiring, conduit installation, component mounting, and troubleshooting for industrial systems. The roles are categorized into Electrical Assembler I (Foundational Experience), Electrical Assembler II (Skilled Technician), and Electrical Assembler III (Advanced Technician), each with increasing levels of responsibility and required experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to use basic tools safely and effectively
  • Willingness to work in different industrial environments
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial electrical assembly required (for Electrical Assembler II)
  • Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams or work instructions (for Electrical Assembler II)
  • Strong background in electrical assembly or related trade required (for Electrical Assembler III)
  • Ability to work independently (for Electrical Assembler III)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or similar field
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with control systems or panel wiring

Responsibilities

  • Assist with electrical assembly and sub-assembly tasks
  • Support wiring, routing, and installation of electrical components
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned work
  • Help build and prepare components for industrial equipment and control systems
  • Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production standards
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations
  • Support general production needs as assigned by site leadership
  • Performs electrical assembly and sub-assembly tasks (Electrical Assembler I)
  • Supports wiring preparation, routing, and material handling (Electrical Assembler I)
  • Uses hand tools and basic power tools in a production environment (Electrical Assembler I)
  • Performs wiring, conduit installation, and component mounting (Electrical Assembler II)
  • Performs complex wiring and assembly tasks for industrial systems (Electrical Assembler III)
  • Troubleshoot basic issues (Electrical Assembler III)
