About The Position
This is an experienced apprentice position, not an entry-level position, for individuals with at least 2 years of hands-on residential electrical experience in service or new construction. The role involves working alongside experienced electricians on residential service calls and projects, including troubleshooting, repairs, wiring, panel upgrades, and lighting installations. The company is looking for someone who wants to become a skilled residential electrician and is ready to learn and grow within the company.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on residential electrical experience
- Experience in residential service and/or residential new construction
- Knowledge of how to use common electrical hand and power tools
- Basic experience with residential wiring, circuits, panels, outlets, switches, and lighting
- Reliable transportation
- A history of being reliable and showing up for work
- Ability to provide work references from previous employers or supervisors

Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and electrical repairs
- Residential wiring and new circuits
- Panel upgrades and replacements
- Lighting installations
- Outlets, switches, and other devices
- Preparing tools and materials
- Keeping jobsites and work vehicles clean and organized
- Working, learning, and asking questions to become more independent
