About The Position

Swan is hiring an Electrical Apprentice/Safety Technician to perform routine maintenance on electrical systems in residential homes and recommend products and services that improve clients’ comfort and safety. The company provides extensive initial and ongoing training to develop technical and sales skills, including hands-on training and mentorship from experienced electricians. After training, the role includes a company vehicle and gas card. The position involves working at residential job sites and communicating professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills, including comfort recommending services to meet client needs.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, be punctual, and work with a high degree of integrity.
• Ability to work in field environments at residential job sites, climb ladders, navigate uneven surfaces, work in confined spaces, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and vehicles.
• Ability to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
