About The Position
As our Electric Panel Builder, you will play a crucial role in constructing intricate electrical control panels that manage water movement for cities, municipalities, and residential areas within the water and wastewater industry. You will be responsible for laying out, fabricating and assembling large, complex control panels and doors. This involves installing components and wiring control panels based on a schematic diagram.
Requirements
- Experience with assembling and wiring control panels.
- Experience working with blueprints, schematics, and a bill of materials.
- Knowledge of electrical theory and measurement skills.
- Experience with light metal fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, punches, jig saws and crimpers.
Responsibilities
- Laying out, fabricating and assembling large, complex control panels and doors.
- Installing components and wiring control panels based on a schematic diagram.
