About The Position

Reporting to the Panel Shop Lead the Panel Builder will provide electrical manufacturing of Panels for projects. Assist in development and implementation of electrical manufacturing policies and procedures to ensure project goals are met on budget, while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal.

Nice To Haves

Education would be an asset
Computer skills needed in MS Office, E-Plan, Solid-works, an understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical controls and integration of equipment would be an asset.
5+ years’ experience in the custom automation industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Laying out panel back plates
Drilling and cutting holes for electrical devices
Mounting and wiring of electrical devices
Communicating with for work instructions Panel shop lead
Responsible for ensuring the work area is clean
Scanning or signing materials in/out of inventory
Promote environmentally and ergonomically safe conceptual product and/or processes to ensure safety of Eclipse personnel and the customer's employees
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy
Maintain company confidentiality
Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision
Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and procedures
Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
Notify lead if schedules cannot be met
Ensure that Company ISO Standards are followed
Work with Electrical Manufacturing Project to develop a build and wiring plan for the project
Ensure that design updates are executed correctly and procedures are followed
