About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Field Supervisor to lead from the front—someone who knows how to win on the job site, coach field electricians, and ensure every customer experience is top-tier. You’ll split your time between running residential calls, supporting your crew in the field, and helping drive quality, safety, and growth across the team.

Requirements

  • Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, NEC code, and permitting processes
  • Excellent customer communication and job-site professionalism
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support field operations
  • Comfortable using service software, tablets, and job management tools
  • Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small.
  • Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail.
  • Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring junior electricians strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Run service calls and generate revenue through high-quality residential electrical work
  • Supervise and support a team of field electricians (typically 3–6 techs)
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching on technical skills and customer service
  • Ensure adherence to electrical code, safety standards, and job site best practices
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff
  • Help resolve escalated customer issues or job complications with professionalism and care
  • Maintain communication with the dispatch, sales, and operations teams
  • Monitor job quality, efficiency, and performance metrics to help drive improvements
  • Support inventory tracking, vehicle inspections, and tool compliance
