About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery bikers to deliver products to customers using pedal-assist electric bikes. The bikes use a sensor and electric motor to assist pedaling at speeds just under 20 mph. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to remain active, including walking, biking, and climbing stairs, for periods of time.
• Ability to crouch, bend, stand, and sit for periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to accurately count back change and make correct monetary change.
• Good communication skills, including verbal, writing, and telephone communication.
• Good navigation skills.
• Must have a cell phone with a data plan; reimbursement is provided.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception are needed for store tasks, and far and night vision are needed for delivery personnel.
• Ability to handle the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent use of hands.
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition are listed under delivery driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
• Follow safety requirements and comply with road regulations.
• Use navigation skills to locate customer addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
• Communicate with customers and team members, including taking and processing orders by telephone or in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Prepare products and stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, or the walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Operate store equipment and perform other assigned store tasks.
