About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery bikers to deliver products by pedal-assist e-bike. The bike’s battery and electric motor engage while the rider pedals, providing assistance at speeds just under 20 mph. The role combines delivery work with in-store duties, including taking and processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Delivery bikers must follow safety requirements and road regulations and deliver within the designated area safely, securely, and on time.

Domino’s provides the e-bike, helmet, and reflective safety vest. The position offers hourly base pay plus tips, cell phone data reimbursement for using the delivery navigation app, paid training, flexible work hours, and opportunities to advance into management training and other roles. Full-time employees may access medical, dental, and vision plans after a waiting period. The work may involve exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food-related odors and dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, and moving or sharp equipment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Follow all safety requirements and understand and comply with road regulations.
• Be able to remain active, including walking, biking, and climbing stairs, for periods of time.
• Be able to crouch, bend, stand, and sit for periods of time.
• Be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to accurately count back change and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Have good communication and navigation skills.
• Have a cell phone with a data plan.
• Be able to communicate verbally, in writing, and by telephone to take and process orders.
• Be able to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen and store equipment.
• Have the ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication in person and by telephone; near-, mid-range, depth, far, and night vision abilities are also described as necessary for relevant tasks.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Be able to perform physical tasks that may include frequent walking and standing, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites, including five or more flights of stairs when required.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured and registered vehicle in proper working condition, which can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
• Use navigation skills to locate addresses and navigate delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Follow safety requirements and comply with road regulations.
• Take and process orders by telephone and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Operate store equipment and perform associated duties, including carrying products and navigating stairs when required.
