The Washington County Property Records and Taxpayer Services Department is seeking a dependable, organized, and collaborative professional to serve as our Elections Coordinator. This position is well-suited for an experienced elections professional who demonstrates sound judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects in a fast-paced, highly visible public service environment. Candidates should have experience in election administration and a demonstrated understanding of the laws, processes, and responsibilities required to conduct secure, accurate, and transparent elections. The Elections Coordinator coordinates the technical and operational work necessary to administer federal, state, county, municipal, school district, and special elections. Working in partnership with the Elections Division Manager, this position collaborates with local election officials, state agencies, elected officials, vendors, and the public to help ensure elections are conducted with integrity, accuracy, security, transparency, and compliance with all applicable laws.
