The Otipemisiwak Métis Government is hiring for an ELECT Program Coordinator to support the delivery of culturally grounded education and training for early learning educators within Alberta. Reporting to the ELECT Program Manager, this role contributes to the success of the Early Learning Education Childcare Training (ELECT) program, an initiative designed to strengthen Métis cultural capacity of early childhood educators, families, and caregivers through connection to Métis language, culture, and identity. Working collaboratively with the ELECT Program Manager, program staff, and community partners, the ELECT Program Coordinator will ensure smooth program operations, participant engagement, and meaningful cultural experiences for program participants. This position plays a vital role in promoting the wellbeing of Métis families and children through relationship-building, coordination, and community-based learning opportunities.
