About The Position
The EHSR Advisor partners closely with Operations to drive safety, environmental compliance, and reliability initiatives. This role supports incident response, auditing, training, and data analysis to promote a high-reliability culture across our operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HSE/EHS role (oil and gas experience preferred)
- Experience with HSE management systems and learning management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Strong incident investigation, auditing, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Leadership and training experience considered an asset
- HSA/NCSO and OHS Certificate or Diploma preferred
- Class 1 license considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the EHSR Management System across field and shop operations
- Respond to and investigate incidents and coordinate post-incident requirements
- Conduct field audits, inspections, and facility reviews
- Lead Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and weekly safety meetings
- Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies
- Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management and ESG reporting
- Support the radiation safety program, including training, inspections, and procedures
- Monitor DOT compliance, including ELDs, DVIRs, and driver coaching
- Track training compliance and support onboarding initiatives
- Analyze EHSR data, develop reports, and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Maintain systems including EHS Insight, LMS, and document control platforms
