Under the immediate supervision and direction of the Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and/or designee, this role assists in financial accounting, logistics, procurement, and general administrative support for all EHS related operations for the campus community. The position also assists in developing environmental and safety reports to campus stakeholders, maintains environmental data, and aids in the development of regulatory reports. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of the campus AED/Opiod Overdose program, which involves monthly inspections, and overseeing the CSULB Ergonomic Program by coordinating requests, reviewing reports, and coordinating visits to the EHS Chair Sample Lab. The role also works with EHS staff to coordinate Planon work order management for the department, ensuring billing to customers is processed, and oversees the workflow and assignments of student assistants.
