EHR Workflow Solutions Product Manager
About The Position
The Product Manager, Workflow Solutions is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and performance of provider-facing workflow products delivered through EHR platforms. The role owns the Claims Status and Happy Together with Health Plans products, ensuring capabilities align with provider needs, enterprise priorities, and EHR partner opportunities. It drives adoption, product growth, and business outcomes by identifying market opportunities, defining product direction, and partnering with technology, implementation, operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions. The Product Manager serves as the business owner for assigned products and is accountable for product vision, roadmap development, performance measurement, and ongoing product evolution. The role leads planning, development, and optimization of workflow-based capabilities delivered through Humana's EHR Channel. It defines product strategy, develops multi-year roadmaps, establishes success metrics, and prioritizes investments that create value for providers and enterprise stakeholders. The Product Manager works with Product Owners, implementation teams, vendor partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to align solutions with provider workflows and organizational priorities. It evaluates market trends, customer feedback, vendor capabilities, and performance data to identify growth and product enhancement opportunities. The role exercises significant independent judgment in balancing priorities, recommending investments, managing product performance, and driving business objectives. It is remote/work at home anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings possibly required. Home workers must have internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Expected start date: January 2027.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, healthcare technology, interoperability, or related experience.
- 2+ years of experience with EHR platforms, provider technology, or interoperability solutions.
- Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with complex technology products and multiple stakeholders.
