About The Position

The EH&S / Training Manager is a field-first safety leader, skilled trainer, and operational partner responsible for Seattle Tree Care’s safety, training, and incident management programs. Working closely with the Director of Operations, the manager helps crews identify safer, smarter, and more productive ways to work. Seattle Tree Care is a family-owned tree care company serving the Seattle area. It has operated for over 15 years and has a team of more than 40 professionals. The company emphasizes safety, transparency, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
