About The Position

Dow is hiring an EH&S Delivery Manager in Seadrift, Texas. The role drives environmental, health and safety (EH&S) performance and excellence across Seadrift Operations, protecting employees, the community, and the site’s license to operate. The manager applies functional expertise and works closely with operations, contractors, production units, EH&S colleagues, and site leaders to improve EH&S execution and build a connected team. The position is part of the SDO Responsible Care Leadership Team and includes coordinating and optimizing site and hub EH&S and compliance programs. The position requires a bachelor's degree or qualifying military experience, at least six years of EH&S, manufacturing, or related experience, and the ability to work legally in the United States. A TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one is required. Domestic relocation assistance may be available based on eligibility. The job includes elevated work and other physical demands, including working at heights, using stairs and ladders, wearing PPE, and working around noise and hazardous materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5, Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class, or Sergeant ranking.
At least 6 years of EH&S, manufacturing, or related experience.
Ability to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship or support is unavailable, including for permanent residency.
Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one.
Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to meet the physical demands of the job: work at heights and climb stairs and ladders; wear required PPE; work in areas of intense or continuous noise and hazardous materials; bend, reach, and lift frequently; and stand or walk for extended periods.
Able to perform elevated work at or above four feet from the ground.
Able to wear and use PPE, including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead EH&S performance improvement across Seadrift Operations and every production unit.
Drive excellence in the execution of global EH&S management systems on site.
Serve on the SDO Responsible Care Leadership Team, influencing EH&S direction and continued leadership development.
Make PiO, TtO, and workplace optimizations visible and effective across operations and production units.
Coach, train, and mentor EH&S technicians and operators.
Partner with production units, EH&S colleagues, and contractors in the field to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate, implement, and optimize EH&S and compliance programs across the site and hub.
