About The Position

At Corvant, the EH&S Manager will lead and manage the safety, health, and environmental programs for RBS Mission Critical, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role supports operations and service teams in creating and maintaining a safe working environment, reducing risks, and improving safety performance. The manager will implement safety initiatives, training, and reporting processes, and travel up to 50% throughout Corvant Mission Critical operations and surrounding areas.

Corvant provides specialty HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services to mission-critical commercial and industrial environments, including data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and education. Its services span design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service.

The role promotes organizational performance by leading teams, supporting operational excellence, and building a culture where employees can do their best work.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• 10 or more years of experience, as stated under Required qualifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to train and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed, up to 50% of the time.
• Skills in safety management, risk assessment and mitigation, communication and leadership, problem solving and analytical thinking, training and development, and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Five or more years of EH&S experience, preferably in construction, HVAC, or mechanical contracting industries.
• Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician).
