Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role.
  • Experience in the banking, financial services, or payments industry preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and network conversion projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate project activities, documentation, timelines, and communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist Conversion Specialists with meeting coordination, meeting minutes, status tracking, task management, and project updates.
  • Review and process project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Serve as a resource for customer and vendor configuration-related setup and questions during conversions.
  • Monitor project deliverables and proactively identify potential risks, gaps, or process improvements.
  • Assist with issue resolution, research, and post-conversion verification activities.
  • Maintain accurate project records and update internal databases and systems.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to departmental procedures, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
