About The Position

The Zenith Conversion Specialist is responsible for preparing, coordinating and executing customer conversions from the legacy Zenith platform to NexLedgr, potentially including Rollfi and Yodlee configuration. This role serves as the primary operational stakeholder during the conversion lifecycle, ensuring accurate data migration, successful implementation and a seamless transition experience. The ideal candidate combines strong detail orientation, project management, data analysis, customer support, and database framework skills to deliver high-quality conversions while minimizing disruption to the customer’s operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in software implementation, client onboarding, data conversion, operations, project coordination, or customer-facing project management
Experience with large-scale data migration and conversion processes, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting financial services, banking, accounting, fintech, SaaS implementations, or software deployment projects preferred
Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain adherence to established conversion work plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness assessments
Work closely with Zenith Implementation Specialist to ensure conversions remain on track, hitting all target milestones and dates
Potentially manage multiple conversions simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Develop and publish master Conversion QC Checklist
Analyze legacy customer data and identify data quality issues prior to conversion
Prepare, validate, and reconcile migration datasets using the Conversion Tool, minimizing manual data manipulation
Execute test conversions and evaluate results for completeness and accuracy
Verify successful migration of customer’s dataset
Document exceptions, anomalies, and remediation activities, sharing with Conversion Team
Participate and help drive implementation interviews with customers
Gather operational requirements and clearly document conversion customizations
Provide detailed breakdown of conversion nuances to Implementation Specialist for customer training (aka, “Training Notes”)
Perform pre-conversion readiness reviews
Perform post-conversion QC and complete master Conversion QC Checklist
