Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Counselling, Curriculum Design, or in a related filed (or graduating)
• Ability to manage a team in a friendly and efficient way
• High energy, self-starter, highly motivated with high-degree of flexibility
• Ability to intern in a hybrid setting (90% remote with some occasional travel to a workshop location)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas and information clearly
• Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Great time management skills with the ability to pay attention to detail
• USA based applicants only

Nice To Haves

• Experience in organizing workshops, professional training, community outreach is a plus
• Knowledge of non-profit and educational programs a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and delivery of all educational programs as Passion For Life, such as workshops, summer camps and online programs.
• Lead and coordinate efforts with Career Coaches and the Instructional Design team.
• Monitor, schedule and oversee a team of Program Coordinators.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of the overall program goals.
• Lead your Team of dedicated Program Coordinators and collaborate closely with the Instructional Design Team.
• Oversee and manage Passion for Life programs, including workshops and summer camps.
• Lead and coordinate efforts with career coaches and training coordinators to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
• Manage program schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure that programs are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and program participants.
• Provide regular program updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that program data is collected and analyzed to inform program improvements and decision-making.
• Develop and implement program evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness and impact.
• Provide support and guidance to program participants as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that programs are aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.
