This position will support Lead for North Carolina’s training, curriculum design, experiential learning, evaluation, and fellow development efforts. Duties include developing games, simulations, and applied learning activities for Summer Academy and fellowship programming; refining training curricula and facilitator materials; supporting program evaluation through survey design, feedback analysis, and learning measures; and assisting with fellow support and professional development resources. The role requires independent judgment, strong facilitation and adult learning expertise, and the ability to design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for early-career public servants working in local government.
