Strong communication, project management, creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous improvement, and the scholarship of teaching and learning is expected. A passion for supporting faculty in navigating educational technology and artificial intelligence, while fostering ethical and effective implementation, will be crucial.
