About The Position

PENZONE Salons + Spas is seeking an Education + Training Supervisor who is passionate about developing artists, building confidence, and creating exceptional guest experiences. In this full-time onsite leadership role at BASE ONE in Dublin, you'll oversee Artists in Training, Apprentices, Interns, and Creative Educators while helping bring PENZONE's education programs to life. You'll balance coaching, mentorship, and training delivery with the organization and administration needed to keep our education ecosystem running smoothly.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Active Ohio Cosmetology license
• Strong multitasking and prioritization to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment + ability to quickly to change priorities

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1-year successful industry service experience
• 1-3 years leadership experience
• Licensed beauty professional who loves to lead, teach, and help others grow
