The Education, Training, & Accreditation Specialist II shall provide daily management of the Credentialing Working Group (CWG) program activities, correspondence, and tracking of credentialing operations as related to Continued Prevention Education (CPE).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR High School diploma or GED and 4+ additional years of relevant work experience can substitute a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in education, continuing education administration, and curriculum design.
  • 3+ years of experience in professional accreditation and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven capability in managing large-scale tracking databases, performing degree/compliance audits, and building reporting dashboards.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, WORD, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms) experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI applications.
  • Demonstrated understanding of terminology and familiarity with the purpose and rationale for professional accreditation.
  • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make appropriate use of grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation in all office correspondence and work products.
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to comprehend, learn, and accept feedback from customers and assigned supervisors.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high stress, performance-based environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to attend all customer meetings and conferences as requested.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience supporting the DoD Office of Force Resiliency in a credentialing related field.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of the CPE submission process; including intake, tracking, documentation, and long-term library maintenance.
  • Credentialing Working Group (CWG) Governance.
  • Direct accountability for accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
  • Direct and ongoing interaction with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Provide analysis and study of education and training requirements requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting client needs.
  • Establish, update, and maintain official CWG related materials for day-to-day operations, audit preparedness and policy management.
  • Serve as resource and mentor for all other team members concerning CPE guidelines, process, and data.
  • Recommend ad hoc and continued improvements to incorporate best practices.
  • Assist with gap analyses on existing CPE database and run annual scan to identify trends for mapping CPE opportunities to core workforce competencies and CPE categories.
  • Assist with technical and process design.
  • Assist team with preparation of contract deliverables and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Complete annual Chenega and DoD required training as required.
  • Record labor hours daily in the company’s timekeeping system as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
