Requirements
- Minimum: 5+ years of experience in retail training, field education, store operations, or multi-unit leadership.
- Experience preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or specialty retail.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and classroom management skills across multiple learning formats.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, artistry trends, and customer service standards within a retail environment.
- Ability to influence, coach, and engage teams across stores, field leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect learning outcomes to performance, service, and sales results.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and using feedback to continuously improve training strategy and field adoption.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Cosmetology, esthetics, or artistry certification preferred.
