About The Position

Hudson Global Scholars Operating LLC provides the best U.S. education to our school partners and students around the globe through the combination of best-in-class curriculum, highly qualified instructors, and personalized learning experiences. Our HGS Network schools offer students the opportunity to earn a U.S. high school diploma and prepare to enter top universities. The position will drive student enrollments in the Philippines by building strong relationships with partner schools and enrolling students. You'll engage directly with schools, parents, and students, ensuring successful outcomes and consistently closing sales. This remote role requires regional travel to partner schools and family sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in education or business (preferably US-educated).
  • Proven sales closer with experience in school partnerships.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Ability to travel throughout the country.
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage partnerships with schools, ensuring high enrollment rates.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual enrollment sessions.
  • Use CRM for accurate sales forecasting and meeting targets.
  • Collaborate with schools on academic programs and registration.
  • Regularly visit schools and engage communities online and in-person.
