Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Business Development Consultant to support its growth across federal, state, and local government markets, with an emphasis on non-traditional contracting pathways. This is a 1099 independent contractor role focused on Business Development support and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with non-traditional contracting mechanisms such as Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs), Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), SBIR/STTR programs, and grants, and possess established relationships across DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, and/or civilian agency environments.
