EDR GRAVEYARD SERVER - VR - FULL-TIME
About The Position
Responsible for proper and efficient preparation and serving of all food items in the employee dining areas. This includes setting up, maintaining, and cleaning all employee dining service areas. The role involves cooking procedures, preparing raw or cooked food items to company standards, and timely service of finished products to guests. Additionally, the position requires stocking all service items, maintaining EDR equipment, and performing other job-related duties as assigned by management. The role also emphasizes excellent customer service by identifying employees, greeting them by name, remembering their favorite items, accommodating special orders, and working efficiently to meet their time schedules.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation and service required.
- Must be able to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Must be customer service and team oriented.
- Must be dedicated to serving coworkers.
- Must be able to understand and communicate verbally in English.
- 18 years old
- S. Nevada Health District Health Card
Responsibilities
- Set-up, maintain and clean all employee dining service areas.
- Responsible for proper and efficient cooking procedures including, but not limited to, preparing raw or cooked food items(fish, poultry, meat, fruits, vegetables etc.) to company standards and expectations, and timely service of finished product to guests.
- Stock all service items.
- Maintain all EDR equipment clean and in good working order.
- Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
- Identify employees and greet them by name.
- Remember employees’ favorite items.
- Make or assemble special orders when possible to accommodate employee requests.
- Work quickly to accommodate employees’ time schedule.
