About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and professional team members to provide exceptional service during our graveyard shift at Legends Bay Grill. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in great service, we’d love to meet you. This role involves delivering fast, friendly, and professional service to every guest, greeting them warmly, making eye contact, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will take accurate food and beverage orders, stay knowledgeable about menu items, and communicate clearly with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely, accurate service. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station and assist with side work and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
Alcohol Certification
Food Certification

Nice To Haves

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
Wine knowledge and experience is a plus.
Food allergy knowledge is a plus.
