About The Position

Responsible for proper and efficient preparation and serving of all food items in the employee dining areas. This role requires previous experience in food preparation and service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. The server is dedicated to serving coworkers and must be able to communicate verbally in English.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation and service required.

• Must be able to understand and communicate verbally in English.
• S. Nevada Health District Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, maintain and clean all employee dining service areas.
• Responsible for proper and efficient cooking procedures including, but not limited to, preparing raw or cooked food items (fish, poultry, meat, fruits, vegetables etc.) to company standards and expectations, and timely service of finished product to guests.
• Stock all service items.
• Maintain all EDR equipment clean and in good working order.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
