About The Position
Leading EDM job shop is seeking a full time experienced operator of Agie and/or Makino machines. Candidate must have a minimum 5 years experience with set-ups, operation, and inspection of parts. Knowledge of general machining practices (mill, lathe, grinders, etc.) is a plus. Must be capable of reading and understanding blueprints and speak fluent English.
Requirements
- 5 Year minimum experience in operating Wire EDM machines with knowledge of machining processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to use precision tools, such as micrometers and gauges, for quality inspection.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Speak fluent English.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate EDM machines
- Inspect parts produced
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Enter programs and all necessary parameters into machine control
- Clean and preventative maintenance of machines
