The role owns functional EDI workflows, partner requirements, and data validation rules to ensure accurate transaction processing and support business operations. The salary range is $85,389–$116,975. The position requires U.S. citizenship and possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Public Trust (MBI). Candidates located in California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, or Washington will not be considered. This is a W-2 position. The role analyzes SNIP compliance, companion guides, partner-specific validation rules, and Edifecs validation results; documents mapping and logical requirements; and works with business stakeholders to resolve issues and assess operational impacts. It also supports audit and compliance reviews, maintains data-quality guardrails, and collaborates with EDI, DevSecOps, cloud, business, and integration teams. The role involves working with AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS data flows; validating data exchanged with non-X.12 partners; investigating issues from middleware or APIs; querying SQL transaction details; validating payloads, timestamps, statuses, and error flags; and reconciling raw EDI against stored data. Applicants must provide information in screening answers that is supported by their resumes. Interviews are conducted on Microsoft Teams with cameras on, and applicants will be asked to provide a LinkedIn profile link. Selected applicants are subject to a government security investigation and may undergo background checks that include criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
