About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a eCQM Reporting and Data Integration Analyst for an active RFP opportunity with the State of Vermont Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA). This role is part of the Vermont DVHA NOA 03410-240-26 - Rural Health Data and Analytics Infrastructure Grant. The DVHA is offering a Rural Health Transformation Fund grant focused on eCQM calculation tools, community health team tracking tools, and primary-care data analytics infrastructure. The analyst will support electronic clinical quality measure data mapping, reporting, validation, and integration with care workflows. This is a remote position based in Waterbury, Vermont, with travel as required by the project scope. The opportunity is contract-based and RFP-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support electronic clinical quality measure data mapping, reporting, validation, and integration with care workflows.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
