About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented eCommerce Sales Associate to work at its East Cleveland warehouse. The role supports Goodwill’s mission of empowering individuals through job skills training and employment services by maximizing the value of donated goods. The associate identifies, lists, sells, and ships collectibles and valuable items for online retail. The position works Monday through Friday on the day shift in a warehouse environment. A background check is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to frequently stand, reach, handle, and lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
- May need to bend, squat, push or pull up to 25 lbs., and reach shoulder height.
- Background check required.
Responsibilities
- Curate, photograph, and list collectibles and valuable items for online sales platforms.
- Accurately describe items and create compelling, precise product listings.
- Fulfill orders, including packing and shipping items carefully and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to meet sales and productivity goals.
- Maintain an organized, efficient workspace in a warehouse setting.
- Uphold Goodwill’s standards for customer service and donor appreciation.
