Key responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance by managing tickets and updating legal copy, overseeing and updating evergreen auto-replenishment subscription programs for 8 brands, monitoring customer feedback monthly to develop and execute action plans for site issue resolution, and project managing the roadmap with CDMO partners to enable important site features across brands using Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising tasks to scale adoption.
