About The Position
This role is responsible for supporting the US DTC business, focusing on optimizing site experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance by managing tickets and updating legal copy, overseeing and updating evergreen auto-replenishment subscription programs for 8 brands, monitoring customer feedback monthly to develop and execute action plans for site issue resolution, and project managing the roadmap with CDMO partners to enable important site features across brands using Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising tasks to scale adoption.
Requirements
- Experience supporting a US DTC business
- Experience optimizing site experience
- Experience keeping sites legally compliant
- Experience managing and updating auto-replenishment subscription programs
- Experience monitoring customer feedback and developing action plans
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising tasks
- Experience with cart and checkout features
Responsibilities
- Keeping our sites legally compliant as new rules and regulations are released by opening tickets and updating legal copy across all sites
- Managing and updating our evergreen auto-replenishment subscription programs across 8 brands
- Monitoring customer feedback monthly to develop and execute action plans for fixing issues across all sites, directly impacting our customer satisfaction scores and therefore our sales
- Project managing our roadmap with our CDMO partners, helping to enable important site features across brands to scale adoption (such as cart, checkout features) via Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchandising tasks
