OBJECTIVE: Under the supervision of the Director, Digital Commerce, the Ecommerce Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of Joseph Ribkoff's B2B and B2C ecommerce business. This role owns ecommerce performance by maximizing conversion, revenue growth, and overall ecommerce performance across all digital channels. Working closely with the Director, Digital Commerce, the Ecommerce Manager translates strategic priorities into operational initiatives and measurable business outcomes. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and the Technical Product Owner to successfully deliver digital initiatives while continuously improving the digital customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Ecommerce, Digital Commerce, or Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience leading ecommerce operations or digital commerce initiatives.
  • Proven experience driving ecommerce growth through conversion optimization and digital performance.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing B2B and/or B2C ecommerce operations. Experience supporting both business models in a global or multi-market environment is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience leading business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and digital platform enhancements.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive ecommerce growth through conversion optimization and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance of the B2B and B2C ecommerce business, maximizing conversion, revenue growth, and overall ecommerce performance.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce business, ensuring operational excellence and business continuity.
  • Identify and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to continuously improve ecommerce performance.
  • Manage the ecommerce enhancement backlog and prioritize business requirements aligned with Digital Commerce priorities.
  • Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital initiatives.
  • Oversee the digital merchandising strategy, partnering with the Web Merchandiser to execute initiatives that drive customer engagement, conversion, and online sales.
  • Partner with the Digital Content team to optimize onsite content, campaigns, and customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and online sales.
  • Partner with the Data Analyst to analyze ecommerce performance, customer behavior, and digital analytics, translating insights into data-driven business decisions.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the end-to-end digital customer experience through customer insights, Voice of Customer (VOC), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Partner with the Technical Product Owner and cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, and IT—to successfully deliver digital initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Ecommerce Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
