About The Position

The MAP Compliance Administrator is responsible for monitoring online retailers and marketplace channels to ensure advertised prices are compliant with current MAP policies. This position plays a critical role in protecting minimum advertising pricing by proactively identifying violators and sending notices to non-compliant retailers. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working within fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce environments. This position is open to remote work and is part time, 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace MAP enforcement practices and procedures
• Must be online savvy and proficient using multiple web browsers and Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent email business communication
• Detail oriented mindset and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines
• Strong written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and enforce MAP policy pricing across e-commerce channels including but not limited to Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Petco, and Petsmart.
• Thoroughly investigate each violation and compliance issue
• Send violation notices and maintain detailed documentation of communications
• Maintain tracker file of violations identified and notices sent.
