About The Position

As an Ecommerce Packing and Shipping Team Member, you will join our fast-paced fulfillment division. In this role, you will be a critical part of our customer experience team, ensuring that online orders are accurately retrieved, securely packaged, and prepared for daily transit. The ideal candidate is self-minded, physically capable of managing warehouse inventory, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient workspace.

Requirements

Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and lift upwards of 50-pound items.
Ability to move heavier items with the proper equipment
Ability to retrieve merchandise of varying sizes from various heights with moving stairs, etc.
Excellent vision with or without corrective lenses and close vision for reading picking tickets and cartons
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Ability to work on your feet most of the day
Basic computer and math skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work in an environment where there may be some variance in temperature, dust, & noise levels
Reliable transportation to and from work
High School education or equivalent
Must wear steel toed work boots/shoes

Responsibilities

Pick orders correctly from the warehouse using picking tickets
Pack products in appropriately sized shipping envelopes or boxes and label for shipping
Palletize packages for pick up
Keep shipping area clean and organized
Alert manager when shipping supplies are low for re-order
Assist with returns and restocks
End of day procedures
