About The Position
Safavieh is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ecommerce Sales Assistant to join their team at their Port Washington headquarters. This is an exciting entry-level role, ideal for someone who is data driven and eager to learn the ins and outs of the furniture industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Build and launch new product listings across multiple retail accounts
- Own ongoing product updates, including pricing, imagery, and video assets
- Manage, audit, and troubleshoot product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining digital catalogs across various retail accounts
- Regularly review retail partner sites to confirm product information is current and correct
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Support client communication by providing timely, professional responses
