The eCommerce Operations Analyst position is a full-time, salaried role within the Marketing department, located in Birmingham, Alabama, and is an on-site position. This role focuses on supporting the operational infrastructure of the Atlas RFID digital commerce experience, with key responsibilities in product data quality, catalog operations, workflow coordination, platform support, and process improvement within a growing B2B eCommerce environment. The analyst will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, product, operations, systems stakeholders, and external partners to ensure catalog workflows are accurate, scalable, and efficient. This position directly contributes to Atlas RFID's ability to scale its product catalog, enhance the customer experience, and foster long-term eCommerce growth. The ideal candidate is operationally minded, detail-oriented, comfortable with systems and complex information, and enjoys working with data and workflows. They should be adept at creating order from complexity, managing multiple priorities, identifying inefficiencies, and improving processes. Collaboration and a curiosity for new tools, automation, and AI are also key attributes.
