About The Position

Church Hill Classics is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to own reporting and analytics for diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, and militaryframes.com. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this role supports the Ecommerce team through data analysis, data entry, and operational work across email, paid media, and the company’s websites. The work is analytical and operational; it does not involve social media, content creation, or graphic design. Training is provided on the company’s tools, and AI tools support—but do not replace—the team’s strategy and decisions. This is a full-time, in-office position at the company headquarters in Monroe, Connecticut, Monday through Friday. Work pace increases during graduation and holiday seasons. The role offers hands-on training across analytics, promotions, email, paid media, and SEO, with ownership from day one and room to grow. Church Hill Classics has handcrafted more than two million custom frames since 1991. The female-owned company is a U.S. leader in premium custom framing and serves more than 1,500 colleges and universities, honor societies, the U.S. Military, and professional associations.
