Responsibilities

  • Account Management and Business Development of Tiktok.
  • Create and implement platform strategy that will drive buyer growth through different platform tools and campaigns, heavily based on the 5C framework.
  • Create a robust annual JBP with Tiktok. Haleon always be part of Tiktok Accelerated Brands. Timely Quarterly reviews with the platforms. Monitoring of ACE scorecard where Haleon should perform better than category benchmark
  • Cross-functional collaboration across agencies for the creation and execution of monthly livestream plan.
  • Improvement of livestreaming conversion rates and new buyer rates
  • Continuous education of livestream presenters on Haleon products.
  • Efficiency of livestream media spend
  • Collaboration with expert marketing team for Haleon Health Talks.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and affiliate manager to co-create and implement plans on above-category benchmark GMV contribution of affiliates.
  • Timely monitoring of performance of affiliates and scoping of top affiliates to be included in the targeted plan.
  • Collaboration with performance marketing manager for GMV Max efficiency and performance.
